Connoisseur Masterclass
We’re delighted to offer our Connoisseur Gin Experience, held in the exclusive upper floors of the Barbican Botanics Gin Room.
Your Gin Masterclass Includes:
- A welcome G&T on arrival to get you in the spirit.
- Join us in the Gin School, where your host will guide you through the fascinating history of gin, from its origins to its modern renaissance, as you enjoy your second G&T.
- Discover the world of botanicals with guided tastings of four popular gin styles.
- Then it’s time to create your own unique 350ml bottle of gin. Choose from over 30 botanicals and blend your recipe with expert guidance from your host.
- While we label your gin, enjoy a miniature sample of your creation in the Gin Bar, where our team will serve you the perfect G&T made with your very own blend.
Your session lasts approximately 2 hours and costs £60 per person.
Gin Masterclasses run on Saturdays, with other days or times available by arrangement.
